12/19/2010 - Man Gets 60-year Sentence for Third DWI
"PALESTINE — A 44-year-old Crockett [Texas] man," Keith Earl Jones, "with two prior felony convictions has been sentenced to 60 years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice after an Anderson County jury found him guilty of a DWI committed in July 2009. "

"The standard punishment for such a DWI is two-to-10 years in prison...."
 
It appears the man had a previous (vehicular) manslaughter convictions.
