Our Philosophy
We conduct business in a professional, upstanding way.
We want the world to beat a path to our door.
We under-promise and over-deliver.
We do what we say we’re going to do, when we say we’re going to do it.
We understand that our strength comes from the power of new ideas.
We value training, and demand it, before we undertake the weighty responsibility of performing for anyone, including each other.
We believe in research…it’s our future!
CrashCarts.com was developed with the intent to become the benchmark source of emergency medical equipment, supplies, pharmaceuticals and information. It is owned by Ventures Now LLC based in Alexandria, Virginia. President and owner, Steve Genung, is an Anesthesia Assistant certified by the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy. His advisors all have extensive medical experience. They know what works and what doesn’t. The best products end up on this website.
Ventures Now LLC was founded in 2004 as a holding company of sorts for any type of grounded, successful enterprise. In July of 2006, it began offering professional medical training under the registered name Medical Training Now (MTN). MTN offers courses including the American Heart Association’s (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers, Heartsaver CPR, Heartsaver AED, Heartsaver First Aid and the company plans to offer AHA’s Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) courses soon.
A few words from our President:
I’ve been in the healthcare world for many years, first as an emergency room technician, then as an oral surgery assistant, an anesthesia assistant, and as a nurse extern on every floor in one of Florida’s largest Level 1 trauma centers. I’m certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and as an American Heart Association BLS instructor.
I’ve seen equipment and procedures that work extremely well and those that fail miserably at the expense of the patient, the staff and the family. I never want to see that happen again.
I’m dedicated to providing the best equipment at the best prices and I sincerely hope to have the opportunity to support you and your emergency medical equipment needs.
Our executive assistant, Sunny Brown, is the consummate coordinator, a wellspring of ideas and always available to cheerfully help you with any questions you may have.

If you have something you would like to tell us, go to our contact us page and tell us your thoughts.
